Next Wave Leadership
Steve Pike
Steve Pike leads the Next Wave Community and is president and founder of Urban Islands Project, a national collaborative increasing the presence of the Church in America’s urbanized communities.
Steve was the founding director of the Church Multiplication Network, which serves to equip, fund, and network new faith communities. Since 2008, CMN has assisted with starting over 4,000 congregations.
Steve has authored several books, including Next Wave: Discovering the 21st Century Church and Leading Church Multiplication. He and his wife, Cherri, live in Denver.
Jason Bowman
Based near St. Louis with his wife Ashley and their two teenagers, Jason brings over 20 years of ministry experience, including church planting, young adult ministry, and leadership in growing churches.
As a founding partner of ArtSpeak Creative, he helped scale the agency from 2 to 40+ team members, serving organizations globally. Jason works with executives to drive growth in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. His personal story of transformation fuels his passion for helping individuals and organizations grow and thrive.
